Present: Rotondo, Crowley and St. Hilaire Also Present: Solicitor Oldmixon, Assistant Solicitor Dole, Animal Control Officer Lapinski. Committee of the Whole-Spang, Houseman arrived at 6:10PM.

Oldmixon-I would suggest keeping it publicly or within X amount of feet.

Rotondo-How do we say it directly? "add" under section A "Birds only fed by birdfeeders"?

Dole-Suggests amending A to "No person shall intentionally feed, bait, or in any manner access to food to any wild animal or birds within the city of Beverly on lands either publicly or privately owned. Birds shall only be fed from the bird feeders"

St. Hilaire-Motion to accept Solicitor Doles suggestions. Crowley- Second. Motion approved 3-0
